If 3 cup of tomatoes are used what are the other amounts?

A recipe calls for 1 tsp of mustard seed, 6 c of tomato sauce, 4 1/2 T chopped scallions, and 8 1/4 c of beans. If 3 cups of tomato sauce is used how much of the other ingredients should be used to keep proportions the same.

I made a garden bed in my yard one half is flowers other half is scallions and tomatoes will mulch hurt plants?

Will red mulch kill my garden plants???? I hear there good and bad let me know I have flowers too and onions and scallions growing the mulch is pulled away
so your telling me that only tomatoes and peppers will grow in red mulch beds?
